Founder & Director, Viraansh Agritech
With over 30 years of experience in agriculture and horticulture, he is a visionary agri-leader, entrepreneur, and mentor. He has led hybrid seed marketing, R&D, and agri-innovation across Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra in leadership roles at multinational seed companies.
His consultancy journey began as an Expert Consultant to the Madhya Pradesh Department of Horticulture, where he championed hi-tech farming and capacity building through impactful training programs for agri-professionals, farmers, and dealers.
As the driving force behind Viraansh Agritech, he is on a mission to transform farms, empower rural communities, and build a skilled agricultural workforce through integrated agricultural solutions, technology, and hands-on mentorship, shaping the future of Indian agriculture. As a Chief Agronomist and Strategic Agribusiness Manager, he has been instrumental in transforming barren land into high-tech, productive farms for various national and international organisations, delivering a sustainable, scalable impact on the ground.

Anshu Pal is a dedicated academician, researcher, and agripreneur with nearly 20 years of experience in agricultural education, research, and student mentorship. She has spent over 15 years teaching and guiding agriculture students, specialising in career counselling and skill-based training.
As the Founder & Director of Viraansh Agritech, she has led numerous Agro-industrial training and capacity-building programs focused on precision agriculture, protected cultivation, tissue culture, and food preservation. Her work empowers students, rural youth, and agri-professionals with the practical skills needed for industry success.
Recipient of the Women Achiever Award, she is committed to transforming agri-education into a gateway for innovation and entrepreneurship.
Piyush kumar Bhagat

Piyush kumar Bhagat is the Co-Founder and IT Head of Viraansh Agritech Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 20 years of industry experience in information technology and digital transformation. He leads the development and integration of digital technologies to enhance Agri-consultancy services.
